Downloaded and expanded ntfs-3g_ntfsprogs-2011.4.12.tgz

Build 1st try
./configure --prefix=/usr/local --mandir=/usr/local/share/man --exec_prefix=/usr/local

Build 2nd try
./configure --prefix=/usr/local --mandir=/usr/local/share/man --exec_prefix=/usr/local --enable-xattr-mappings --enable-posix-acls

Both getting same mount error (see attachment) that does not occur when boot from partition with ntfs-3g-2010.10.2-macosx.dmg installed (just the 15 second timeout)



Any assistance appreciated.

P.S. How does one cause an image to appear in this rather than using an attachment? [ img ] what_is_needed [ /img ] ?????

oh, me! Forgot to add that boot partitions are OS X 10.7 Lion. <tsk, tsk>
