I've tried searching for this without much luck.

Is there anyway to see Windows software RAID (not using a hardware RAID solution) volumes under Mac OS? I assumed that NTFS-3G-Mac would make this happen but each time I boot into Mac OS I get the "drive(s) uninitialized" notifications for the drives. I can see them under disk utility but they won't mount.

Is this possible at all with any software?
