Tuxera NTFS could not mount WD 2TB Hard Drive on AcRyan
I was copying media files from my iMac OS X Lion, using Tuxera NTFS for MAC to the internal Western Digital (WD) 2TB hard drive in my ACRyan media player when an error message emerged and the following message ensued.
The existing media files of about 1TB on the WD 2TB are no longer seen when I switched back to the ACRyan media player even though the player registers 1TB of free space left. I didn't have this problem for the past 2 weeks that I have been using Tuxera NTFS until yesterday when I was copying more files onto the WD 2TB hard drive.

Tuxera NTFS could not mount /dev/disk2s1
at /Volumes/Untitled 1 because the following problem occurred:

[Sun Feb 19 11:40:17 2012]: NTFS is either inconsistent, or there is a hardware fault, or it's a
SoftRAID/FakeRAID hardware. In the first case run chkdsk /f on Windows
then reboot into Windows twice. The usage of the /f parameter is very
important! If the device is a SoftRAID/FakeRAID then first activate
it and mount a different device under the /dev/mapper/ directory, (e.g.
/dev/mapper/nvidia_eahaabcc1). Please see the 'dmraid' documentation
for more details.

I hope I can be helped because I don't think i can get back the 1 TB of media files if I were to reformat the hard disk.
Thanks.
