Error 22 when trying to lock any file
I have FreeBSD 6.3, with NTFS disk (2 partitions). Versions of Fuse:
fusefs-kmod-0.3.9.p1.20080208
fusefs-libs-2.7.2_1
fusefs-ntfs-1.2506
Any program that need to lock some file at NTFS partition fails. I tried OpenOffice, it returns no usfull information, but opens the same file when it copied at ext2 partition.
MySQL return more information.

Locking is not implemented yet. It's strange that Linux gives no error. I'll ask the FUSE gurus ...

Ok, waiting for your suggestions! Another thing that any program like KWrite or HTTPd working fine with NTFS partitions. May be because they don't need to lock files.

Locking should work without direct ntfs-3g support. I tested it on Linux and it indeed works, so this is a FreeBSD specific issue.

That is very strange... I look for this over the internet and no information... looks like only I have this problem... can you tell me how I can localize problem? Or maybe some actions that completely reinstall or reconfigure all of related programs? Or may be where I need to check something. I don't understand the nature of this problem...

I would suggest a FreeBSD lists where probably there are more FreeBSD users and experts, so maybe somebody could help you there. And/or submit a FreeBSD bug report.
