Tekes funds Tuxera’s research and development
HELSINKI, FINLAND: Tekes, the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation, has decided to fund Tuxera Ltd’s research and development activities.
“We are very pleased with the funding decision. This funding ensures that the development of our core product, NTFS driver, will meet the requirements of the most demanding environments in the future. The funding also allows us to invest in our growth strategy”, says Mikko Välimäki, CEO, Tuxera Ltd.
Tuxera’s NTFS driver is a freely and commercially available and supported read/write NTFS driver for Linux, Mac OS X and other operating systems. The development has been ongoing for over 10 years and commercial support has been given since 2002.
