No matter where you work, it is important that you enjoy and believe in what you are doing. Our colleague summarizes it perfectly:

If you are passionate about software and technology, you will want to work for a company where technology comes first. You want to achieve things without unnecessary red tape, in a place where you and your ideas are valued. You love your work and want people to benefit from it. This is what I found in Tuxera. We create the technology of tomorrow and play fierce Ping-Pong

Tuxera: Great Place to WorkTuxera is a tight knit community. We organize regular activities and get-togethers to catch up on everything that happened recently. Thanks to the flat structure, it is really easy to talk to everyone and exchange ideas. Everyone, no matter from which team, can contribute and influence the whole company.
