Post NTFS disk unmounts as computer sleeps during lengthy rsync
I back up my Lightroom folders to external USB 3 drives using rsync.

Code:
for i in 8 9 A B C D E F; do rsync  -av --delete --exclude=.DS_Store /Users/georger/Pictures/Lightroom/Lightroom\ 4\ Catalog\ Previews.lrdata/$i /Volumes/GeorgeR-1.5TB/Pictures/Lightroom/Lightroom\ 4\ Catalog\ Previews.lrdata/ ; done

After 15 or 20 minutes, the drive somehow unmounts. I believe it's because the Mac is hibernating. At that point, I get errors like this:

Code:

When I look at the drive in Disk Utility, I see that the NTFS partition is unmounted. In the Console app, I see messages about the time that the computer went to sleep:

Code:

This seems to have gotten worse with OS X 10.9.
