Invoices in pdf format may be sent to [email protected]. When sending your invoice as pdf attachment, please note:

• Each invoice and all related attachments need to be combined into one file
• Multiple different invoice files can be sent in one email, but each file needs to be named differently, and must be made according to the previous bullet point
• The file name is not allowed to contain other characters than a-z, A-Z, 0-9 (however, spaces, hyphens and underlines are allowed)
• Total size of the email cannot exceed 10 Mb
• The pdf files need to be authentic pdf documents (version 1.3 or higher)
• Files must not be protected with a password or locked in any way
• The size of the document may not be greater than 210 x 297 mm (A4 ISO standard)
