Gearing up for growth: Marc Perez ready to roll as VP of Sales and Commercial Strategy for the Americas

Tuxera is delighted to welcome Marc Perez to his new role as VP of Sales and Commercial Strategy for the Americas.

Marc has 18 years in the industry and a stellar track record of building growth businesses. He joins Tuxera from the Qt Group, where he led the Americas team through an impressive scale-up, increasing revenue from $14M to $55M. 

Marc’s appointment is a key step in Tuxera’s strategy to build for scale in one of the most important regions for the company. Under Marc’s leadership, Tuxera aims to grow its presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive scale across the region. As VP of Sales and Commercial Strategy for the Americas, Marc will oversee all commercial execution in the region, including go-to-market strategy across Tuxera’s embedded and enterprise storage businesses.

“I’m excited to get hands on with our marketing and GTM teams to bring alignment, speed, and scale to one of our most important regions,” says Marc. “My experience in sales leadership and my strong focus on growth, strategy, and developing talent should prove very valuable as we seek to drive growth across the Americas.”

On top of strong execution, Marc’s track record at Qt Group also reflects his focus on building lasting partnerships and world-class sales teams as well as creating sustainable value. “I’m passionate about creating high-performing teams that succeed together and cultivate a customer-first culture that unites everyone around a shared purpose.,” he explains.

Marc officially joined Tuxera on October 3rd, 2025. He is excited by the new challenge and can’t wait to begin connecting and collaborating with the Tuxera team. We are delighted that he has chosen to join us at such an exciting phase in the company’s growth and development and we are looking forward to start working with him in the coming weeks and months.
