Tuxera selects Tuukka Ahoniemi as new CEO

Leadership change marks new chapter for the global embedded and enterprise storage provider Tuxera.

Espoo, Finland – August 21, 2019 – Tuxera, the world-leading embedded and enterprise storage software and networking technology company, today announced that Tuukka Ahoniemi has been appointed as the new CEO of the company, effective September 1, 2019. Previously the Senior Vice President of Strategy at The Qt Company, Ahoniemi comes with a wide background in managing international embedded software business, and holds a doctorate degree in Computer Science. The former CEO, Mikko Välimäki, has decided to pursue new ventures outside of Tuxera.
